Location: Remote from Europe

Salary: 100,000 – 150,000 euros per annum

A leading AI company building advanced speech and language technologies. Their products combine cutting-edge research with real-world deployment, supporting enterprise and government customers through leading TTS and STT solutions.

About The Role:

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, training and optimising large-scale speech foundation models. Working across ASR, TTS and speech-to-speech you’ll train, fine-tune, and ship to production. As well as, building, maintaining, and adapting end-to-end speech pipelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong foundations in machine learning and deep learning
• Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning speech models
• Experienced with Python, PyTorch, and the HuggingFace ecosystem
• Experience with inference optimization is a nice-to-have
