Purchase To Pay Manager

Arcus Search are partnering with a high-performing, operationally focused investment firm to appoint a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Transformation Manager into their Finance Operations team.

The company is midway through a key transformation. They are moving from a manual, transaction-heavy AP function to a modern, outsourced P2P model with a new technology platform going live in H2 this year. This role is at the center of that shift.

Length: 12 months

Rate: £500 Outside IR35

What is interesting about the role:

• You’ll govern and performance-manage a Managed Service Provider – not just process invoices
• The business is building visibility over purchase commitments for the first time (PO-to-invoice), not just AP
• Complex recharge structure across a PE platform means this isn’t a traditional shared services role
• You’ll be the internal expert as a new system goes live, working across change management, hyper-care, and embedding new ways of working

What they need:

• Strong AP / P2P background
• Experience managing or working alongside an MSP / outsourced provider – this is a must
• Ability to operate as both an internal control function and a service delivery partner
• Comfortable with system implementations and process change
