My Journey:

I started my career in recruitment in 2022 and have since specialised within the technology market. Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with consultants and professionals across areas including Software Development, Cyber Security, Data and Digital, supporting both contract and permanent hiring.

Why I love it:

I enjoy the relationship-building side of recruitment and the opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds and skill sets every day. I also enjoy the fast-paced nature of the technology market and being part of helping businesses grow with the right talent. What stood out to me about Arcus Search was the collaborative culture, supportive team environment and the clear focus on personal growth and progression.

Did you know?

I moved to London at 19 for the experience and adventure, with very little English, and somehow ended up building a career in recruitment.

After hours…

Outside of work, I spend most of my time in the gym and have a real passion for weightlifting and calisthenics. I also enjoy music, reading, travelling and spending time with close friends.
