My Journey

I hold a degree in Computer Science and Engineering and began my career as a programmer. While I enjoyed the technical challenges, I soon realised that coding wasn’t the right long term career path for me. After moving to the UK, I found a career that combined building relationships, understanding people, and helping businesses grow. What started as a new opportunity quickly turned into a profession, I was passionate about, and I have now spent 13 years helping businesses connect with exceptional talent and supporting professionals in finding the right opportunities.

Why I Love It

What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s careers while helping organisations grow through great hires. Building relationships, understanding people’s goals, and creating successful matches is incredibly rewarding. At Arcus, the positive culture, supportive colleagues, and strong focus on progression make it a fantastic place to work. Being part of a team that encourages growth, collaboration, and success is something I truly value.

After hours, I love spending time with my family creating lots of beautiful chaos. I enjoy playing cards, keeping our home organised and making the most of every moment together.
