My journey

I hold over 12 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, working between conventional energy, renewables and more recently in Technology. Besides being a high revenue biller in my early years, the past 8 years have involved creating market strategies and team structures to enable businesses to scale.

Why I love it

I love the fact that working in recruitment gives me the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, from candidates, clients, and colleagues.

The teams I have built and businesses I have helped scale over the years. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing people join with little recruitment experience and being a part of their journey to achieving their personal and professional goals.
