My Journey 

I have fifteen years of recruitment experience encompassing technology, change, data, IT,  sales, publishing, finance, and corporate governance. I enjoy working alongside my colleagues at Arcus Search, further promoting and partnering with Arcus’ Clients. .

I have successfully built Change-Data-IT teams for a number of underwriters, brokers, consultancies and further suppliers to the insurance market. I have provided talent that has allowed my clients to insource, evolve from greenfield or further mature brownfield environments, in the above disciplines. I am also a confident, consultative and knowledgeable talent partner to my clients, where they can rely on me for market intelligence in order to identify the key skills, level, character and remuneration we need to propose to the market when building a team or teams. My biggest compliment is that my candidates become my clients and vice versa. My network trusts me to remain confidential, professional, knowledgeable, honest and deliver for them.

I love the fact that I have the opportunity to provide genuine, honest, credible, consultative, dynamic, passionate, proven expertise to our candidates and clients. The market I serve is a network-based, relationship-led environment, and the ability to get in front of these professionals is a real passion of mine. Understanding their motivations, professionally & personally, whether it be client or candidate, and the ability to understand and support their requirements is what drives me on a daily basis.

Did you know?

I was a Tottenham Hotspur youth goalie from U14 through to U17 level and I am a huge Tottenham Hotspur fan, I also represented England Schools, and Essex County Cricket club from the age of 13-19.

After hours…

I’m an avid gym goer, and I have three children to fill my time! My boys are huge football fans and actively participate, and my wife, daughter and cats! keep us all on our toes.
