My Journey

I have been in the recruitment industry since 2006 and have experienced a variety of roles across the back office including administration, compliance, contracts & legal and supplier & relationship management. I have gained a lot of experience with the operational side of the business as well as the communication and building relationships side. I value that each area plays its own important role to contribute to a company’s success.

I am involved with the operations of the business, creating and implementing processes to ensure we are all as efficient as we can be. I keep up to date with applicable legislation to make sure we are operating compliantly. I am responsible for reviewing client contracts and managing requested changes to our own terms. Mitigating risk is a huge part of the job! Another side of my job is to onboard our contractors, keep in regular contact with them and be on hand to resolve any queries that might arise

Why I love it

I love the variety in my day and the various projects that come up to research and put my mind to. I really enjoy supporting my colleagues, working as a team and being able to assist our contacts with any queries they have too.

Did you know?

I love to travel and spent a year living, working and travelling in Australia when I was 19. It’s hard to pick a highlight but I did fall in love with the Daintree rainforest in the North East.

After hours…

Spending time with family & friends is top of the list. I am a mum to two wonderful sons who have a lot of energy, so we spend a lot of time walking and cycling as a family. I am also a keen runner and if there’s any time leftover, I enjoy getting stuck into a good book.
