My Journey

Building on over 19 years of experience in the Insurance, Financial Services and Professional Services sectors, I founded Arcus Search to provide a dedicated and personal approach to client and candidate partnerships – something I feel is not always prevalent in today’s recruitment world.

I am really proud of the culture we are creating at Arcus. We have exceptional people and talent in the business and to be involved in their development and growth both personally and professionally, is the most satisfying part of my role.

After hours…

Prioritising my two boys and spending quality time with them is what makes me happy and then If I’m not on the golf course then you’ll find me up at Old Trafford supporting the mighty Manchester United.
