My journey

During my final year of University, I began speaking to lots of post-grads about their experiences to gain some inspiration. I was most intrigued by those who had gone into recruitment, as it seemed like an industry that aligned perfectly with my strengths, goals, and personality! I spent one year at my first business, before discovering Arcus who’s vision excited me and inspired me to make the change.

Why I love it

The best part about recruitment for me is the relationship side. It is incredibly rewarding being able to genuinely help find their dream job people whilst getting to know them along the way. There are so many ways to connect with people and it is great to meet people from such varied walks of life.

Did you know?

I spent a year living and studying in Puebla, Mexico during my third year of University.

After hours…

I am massively into football (Liverpool Fan) and play for a team with my friends from school every week. I also enjoy binge watching series and films!
