Technical Account Manager

We are working wth a client are looking for mutiple experienced Technical Account Managers to act as the primary technical partner for some of our most important customers, helping them successfully adopt and scale AI/ML, HPC, and other compute intensive workloads.

In this role, you will build deep, trusted relationships with customers, understanding their workload requirements and translating them into scalable, high-performance cloud architectures that deliver real business value. You will guide them through the full lifecycle of complex programs, from onboarding and resource planning to optimisation and expansion.

Working closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Support, and Sales, you will serve as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
