Software Engineer – Backstage Metrics

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who has specifically worked on IDP’s to set up a Metrics tool for a top FinTech in London

You’ll fit if you’ve:

• Built or run an internal developer platform (Backstage, Port, Cortex — you know the drill)
• Turned DORA/SPACE metrics into dashboards teams actually use
• Been able to develop a platform that stops leaders asking for info, it just shows them

You will have strong Python/ C# skills and have worked on an Internal Dev platform before.

This is a single-contributor and high profile role in quite possibly the most advanced engineering environment in the UK.
