This is an opportunity to build technology at the heart of a real-time, multi-asset trading platform used across global markets. You’ll work on software that enables trading operations, monitoring and diagnostics, helping to shape the future of a platform relied upon by traders, researchers and engineers every day.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll have genuine ownership, working on both backend services and user-facing applications while collaborating with world-class engineers across multiple international offices.
What you’ll be doing
• Developing high-performance applications using C# and .NET
• Building and improving a real-time trading platform
• Designing intuitive user experiences using modern frontend technologies
• Taking ownership of core monitoring and control systems
• Collaborating with trading, engineering and research teams to deliver technical solutions
• Driving engineering best practices across development, testing and deployment
What they’re looking for
• Commercial software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of C# or another strongly typed language such as Java, Kotlin, C++ or Rust
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Comfortable working across both backend and frontend development
• Experience building scalable, high-performance applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• An interest in financial markets or quantitative trading is beneficial but not essential
Why apply?
• Join a world-class quantitative trading environment
• Work on highly complex, business-critical technology
• High levels of ownership and technical autonomy
• Collaborative engineering culture with exceptional colleagues
• Excellent salary and benefits package
If you’re interested in building software that directly powers global trading systems, I’d be happy to tell you more.
