Senior/ Lead Full Stack Engineer – AI Startup

Miami/ East Coast – remote first

We’re currently supporting a startup in the US who have recently received seed round funding from an ex JPMC investor as well as a major British hedge fund, they are now targeting Series-A funding. They are building a new AI memory workflow that’s already beating it’s top competitors in testing.

The product is mostly built, now they’re looking to add a Lead/ Senior Full Stack Engineer to their team who has experience productionising products through to revenue generation. This is a brand new position and the successful applicant will have strategic direction over the tech stack used and ultimately will head up the engineering team for this product.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience at either a major Cloud provider OR similar experience in a startup environment, with a successful background in bringing products from 0->1
• The ability to own and drive product development cycles from end to end
• Experience managing and/or training a new team
• The ability to work in an unstructured environment where red tape doesn’t exist, but tight deadlines do

Technical expertise will include:

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and it’s challenges
• Python
• Postgres
• AWS
• SQL
• Docker
• Git

This will be a remote role in the short term and the team will eventually be based in Miami.
