Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior CyberArk Designer to join a global organisation within their Identity and Access Management team.
The role is focused on designing and supporting CyberArk and PAM solutions across a large enterprise environment. You’ll be working closely with security, infrastructure, and operational teams to make sure privileged access is managed securely across critical systems.
We’re looking for someone who has strong hands-on CyberArk experience, someone who can design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and work on integrations with other security platforms
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CyberArk solutions
• Develop technical designs, architecture documents, and system configurations
• Configure and support CyberArk components including Password Vault, CPM, PSM, and Admin Console
• Integrate CyberArk with IAM, SIEM, and other security platforms
• Perform security assessments and recommend improvements to privileged access controls
• Support CyberArk infrastructure upgrades across Linux, Windows, and Mainframe environments
• Develop and maintain CyberArk connectors and plugins
• Troubleshoot CyberArk-related technical issues
• Implement PAM best practices, policies, and operational processes
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams
Required Experience
• Strong experience designing and implementing CyberArk solutions in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite
• Strong understanding of PAM concepts and privileged access management best practices
• Experience with CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PSM, and PVWA/Admin Console
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar
• Experience integrating CyberArk with IAM, SIEM, and security tooling
• Strong understanding of authentication, encryption, and network protocols
• Experience troubleshooting complex CyberArk infrastructure issues
Desirable Experience
• CyberArk certifications (Trustee, Defender, Sentry, or similar)
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and Mainframe environments
• Experience developing CyberArk connectors/plugins
• Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Experience working across multicultural/global teams
