Network Security Manager

Arcus Search are partnered with a new player in the IaaS space as they expand their Security organization. This business is a top 10 HPC consumer globally, backed by huge investment and ambition with a clear aim of becoming the go-to Compute, AI and Neocloud provider.

The Network Security Manager will have accountability for building a world class team who will protect the HPC Data Center environment. Creating technical and strategic roadmaps, influencing other Engineering teams and being the go-to expert across NGFW’s, NAC, EDR, SIEM and other security related tech.

What we’re looking for:

 Proven experience in securing Data Center, HPC and/or vast bare-metal infrastructures

• Deep technical knowledge of network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and secure network architecture design
• Demonstrated experience managing a vulnerability scanning or exposure management program(s).
• Experience with edge security technologies including secure web gateways, zero trust network access (ZTNA), and related controls
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
