The Role
As Managing Director, you will take ownership of the UK operation, leading its expansion and establishing a strong, differentiated position in the market. You will play a pivotal role in winning new business, developing client relationships, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and expansion of UK operations, with a clear focus on revenue generation and market penetration
- Originate and win new professional services engagements
- Leverage and expand an established network, ideally within financial services
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
- Act as a senior ambassador for the brand across the UK market
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the UK business

- Proven track record of winning and delivering professional services work
