Head of Service Delivery

Head of Service Delivery | Lloyd’s Market | 6-Month Contract | £650–£800 per day

I’m currently working with a leading Lloyd’s of London insurer that is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Service Delivery on an initial 6-month contract. To apply for this role you must have Lloyd’s of London experience.

Location: Central London (3 days per week)

Rate: £650–£800 per day (depending on experience)

This is a senior leadership opportunity where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end IT Service Delivery, partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver high-quality services across multiple international jurisdictions.

You’ll be responsible for leading the Service Desk, Business Support and Application Support functions, while driving continual service improvement and overseeing Change, Release and Deployment activities.

Key requirements:

• ITIL Foundation (or higher)
• Extensive experience leading IT Service Delivery within an ITIL environment
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience managing technical support teams
• A track record of driving service improvements and operational excellence
