With ambitious growth plans and a product-led approach, the business is looking to appoint a Head of Delivery to lead client implementations, build scalable delivery processes, and help shape the next phase of the company’s growth.

The Opportunity

As Head of Delivery, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end client delivery function, ensuring successful implementations while building the foundations for a world-class customer experience.

Working closely with leadership, product, and technical teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating client requirements into successful outcomes and creating a scalable operating model that supports continued growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project leadership, client engagement, operational improvement, and team management within a high-growth environment. My client is also open for a Programme Manager looking to step up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from discovery and planning through to go-live and adoption
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives
• Own and develop the customer support function, driving service quality and operational excellence
• Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable workstreams
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, automation, and scalability
• Drive a technology-enabled delivery model that enhances efficiency and customer outcomes
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and reporting to support continued business growth

About You

We’re looking for an experienced delivery leader who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling business and can confidently take ownership of client outcomes.

You’ll likely bring:

• A strong background in project, programme, or delivery management
• Experience delivering SaaS, fintech, data, or technology implementation projects
• A solid understanding of software products, platforms, and data-driven solutions
• Experience working with financial services, investment management, or related sectors
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Experience building or improving delivery and support functions would be highly advantageous
