We’re supporting a globally recognised Hedge Fund on the build out of a brand new DevSecOps function, which supports a wider remit of reshaping their Security function.
We have already positioned the CISO and Head of Security and now we’re building out 5 pillars of their buisness, with DevSecOps sitting at a critical intersection of Security and Software Engineering.
There are a few key requirements in this role, the first is for someone to have a solid grounding in DevOps principles, from CI/CD pipeline security to IaC.
The next is a keen eye for Security in some capacity.
The third and most important is a Software Engineering background.
We’re looking for builders, not maintainers or debuggers – what you’ll be building is a generationally different setup to anything you have seen before.
