AWS Platform Engineer – London – Contract

We’re working with a leading research focused technology firm looking for an experienced AWS Platform Engineer to help evolve and scale a large multi account AWS environment.

This is a hands on engineering role focused on building and automating the core AWS platform. You’ll be working across AWS Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs, RCPs, VPC architecture, account provisioning and platform automation that supports hundreds of engineers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and evolving AWS landing zones and multi account environments
• Designing AWS Organizations, OU structures, SCPs and RCPs
• Automating account provisioning and governance
• Building scalable VPC networking and connectivity
• Developing platform automation using Terraform and Python
• Working closely with engineering and security teams to improve the AWS platform
