Financial Services organisation is looking for a Change & Enablement Specialist – Test Transformation

They are looking for a Change & Enablement Specialist to support their Engineering Modernisation programme, driving adoption across a large-scale Test Transformation initiative.

This role focuses on turning strategy into action—ensuring teams understand, adopt, and embed new testing practices through clear communication, structured enablement, and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted change and communication plans
• Create clear, engaging content (guides, videos, infographics)
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible messaging
• Support training, feedback loops, and adoption tracking
• Engage stakeholders across teams and leadership

About You

• 5-7 years’ experience in Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR preferred)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Experience in large-scale, regulated environments
• Understanding of Agile and modern testing practices (e.g. automation, BDD, TDD)
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
