Application Performance Manager

Arcus Search have partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation in Dubai, who are looking for an Application Performance Manager to join the team and own the suite of Digital Applications in the business.

Role: Application Performance Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary: 30,000 AED

The role:

This role sits within the technology function, where you’ll own the stability, availability, and performance of the organisation’s digital application estate. You’ll combine proactive monitoring, operational governance, and incident management to keep critical systems running at their best.

The environment is Azure-based and broad in scope, spanning web, applications, APIs, CRM, and ERP, with Dynatrace as the primary observability platform.

Requirements:

• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, ManageEngine, New Relic or equivalent
• 6+ years within Application Monitoring
• Exposure to the Azure stack
• Previously owned Root Cause Analysis, and the Incident process
• Excellent communication skills – this individual will face into multiple senior stakeholders
