Agentic AI Technical Lead

Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 AED

The role:

You will help scale an AI-native engineering organisation building agentic platforms, leading high-performing pods of 10–15 engineers. You’ll bring strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience applying AI agents to accelerate delivery at scale.

Owning the AI engineering and architecture foundation, you’ll drive end-to-end delivery, from use-case ideation through to production rollout.

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years experience within Software / AI Engineering
• Productionized experience working with Agentic Platforms, and Agents
• Experience managing cross-functional Pods/Squads/Tribes
• Recent hands-on experience within software development, AI Engineering, AI configuration
• Successful track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments
